Yes, they want Digr's head on a platter, that's what's so silly, because they won't get it, and their effort is far better placed in trying to build a viable company ... imho ... companies that waste their time and money pursuing independent commentators tend not to do well ... and it's dramatic, the difference between those and the ones that simply do their job and have the great good fortune to stifle their critics with their successes, instead of futile attempts at suppression using expensive lawyer time .... upthread i post a link to Jeff Mitchell's lawsuits thread, there are some sordid stories there - http://www.siliconinvestor.com/stocktalk/subject.gsp?subjectid=28509

And the whole thing discredits what might have once been a company worthy of consideration .... imho .. they should maybe have hired you as public relations manager, i've not seen you post an uncivil comment to anybody here, that didn't deserve one

But these guys with the 3-cent paper coming free-trading in a few days, they've got no reason for complaint - look at the thing, it's bid way up over eight times above that ... i can't see how Digr is harming their interests, when so many folks just lap up this sort of promotion, to that extent .... a market cap of over one hundred millions US, and some doofus from Lotusland is hurting them? - hah!, is what i'd say to that, were i the judge
