There is no "waiting to after the PR drops" this stock has a 15 million float, once the PR hits thats it, it will be at .10 before you could even get your sell order in....

Don't let people who have been wrong countless times and missed the boat by selling early to lock in tiny gains scare you, do some simple research on reverse merger plays before you listen to them.

This is by far one of the best companies that I have seen merging into a very clean shell in a long long time, the gains when they make the announcement will be epic.

On top of that, the PR wont just be announcing the obvious, it will detail many things about the company, including their short term future plans, most of which no one knows anything about yet. There is a good chance they will be filing to uplist to the OTCQBs as well as maybe even offering an IPO as well.

The PR wont just be about the reverse merger, there will be a ton more in it than that!
