***JOE unable to confirm RECORD new homes sales in March as reported at 10 am today... not only is JOE NOT trading at a new all-time high, it's unable to successfully trade above its 50 day SMA and as it stands right now, it will close below its 50 day SMA...

For all intensive purposes... JOE is the representative for the Florida housing bubble... and the bearish divergences couldn't be more clear to me...
