it's also possible that one isn't filed

one FACT that i do know is *we'll* all know today :)

i've had a bid sitting for 2 weeks if one is filed

NT's are part and parcel of the *process*

it's not an ISSUE .. as i've posted b4
i fully expect *detail* as to why AF was
changed out when mgmt holds their next CC

i look forward to mgmt giving color
