I bought this stock back on 9/15 at prices ranging from .05-,.34... I provided the majority of the DD about this company. I really thought based on the info i found we had a diamond in the rough. Unfortunately not a single thing has materialized since that time other than excuses by the company on why the audit isnt done.

I was waiting for David to tell me his dog ate the paperwork.
