Risicare: FINRA's numbers are only as good as those who provide those numbers to FINRA. Do some DD on the charges of marking short sales as long sales and other games and you too will likely come to the conclusion that the game is rigged. Eliminate abusive naked shorting as other countries have already done and have a zero tolerence for FTD's, busting any trade that proves to have one, with all fees returned and the innocent party receiving a payment of 10% of the trade value that was busted from the brokerage firm representing the guilty party and watch how quickly things change. Go CDIV!!!
