8k On 7-20-10 8k Filed then 10K/A on 7-23-10 filed and updating Financials posted on 7-30-10, in addition an 8k was filed on 8-11-10 adding 4 NEW OFFICERS showing KruseCom Officers Joining QSGI, pinksheets updates, settlements to creditors and payouts to the unsecured creditors, all indicators of a company moving in high hear to get everything lined up with FINRA & SEC for the impending emergence from BK with commons intact, if it were otherwise we wouldn’t have seen them go through these motions!

QSGIQ is being bought because the recent 8k announcing settlements with largest creditors and most important that the Commons would be excluded from any asset sale, the Principals own 76% of the OS, the float is only 14 mil of which this board is holding over 7 mil for much higher grounds, by the DD compiled over the last week or so its evident that QSGI is going to be rebranded as KruseCom immediately after emerging from BK!
