Perhaps, but most oil stocks are rocking big time. Sooner or later the "herd" will migrate back here.

...but, my guess is, IF they show, they'll not stay long.

Individual oil stocks are rising on a whim - some more so than others. That's why it seems like a huge herd moving the market based on the way the wind blows.
