Try .0032 from .0013 - you are exagerating - the .004 was a pre market buy and the low ask for DKAM was .0013 and bid .0012

Not clear where you are pulling the .001 from? Out of thin air it appears!!

IHUB shows at open at .0032x.0034

Those other trades at .004 appear to be pre market trades
