Well, I just looked at the homepage for Phatyaffle.

-The last held tournament was in 2008.

-Excepting one singular post by "neester13", asking about the IPO, the forums are lifeless.

-The news section has not been updated in a while.

I don't know how recent are the numbers from Alexa, but the site doesn't look lively to me, in the least.
