Thanks for the response. In reality the incredible frustration is with Ken. As you have read the board, to have ken come on and state something as fact " reader rabbit ready" , audit due yesterday is beyond frustrating. So, if you happen to have his ear , or any other part you may wish to relay to him ( and this is my concern but maybe others ) that it would be appreciated if when he says he is going to follow up on an issue that he actually thinks about doing it and puts that into action. I have had this stock for 4 yrs and lack of followup and consistent non-answers has been a long and irritating issue. Thanks for your response now if you could only grab ken somewhere ...
