During these big mergers, think Cingular/AT&T, there is always major confussion within as they consolodate 2 massive sets of IT, HR, Sales etc, and frustrate a % of their users. Chance for Sprint to grab some market share. Challenge, IMO, is how they make those newbys sticky, so they stay longer than 1 yr. that might be where the innovation comes in.
