In time, the Berlin Station biomass project is likely to gain the necessary approvals. Cate Street's involvement is a huge boost of confidence, IMO.
The clarity with regards to final impact to LLEG remains. Such is the nature of investing, especially in penney stocks. I'm thinking the success of this project will "rub off", at the very least. Let's not forget that additional projects connected to biomass have been alluded to in press releases. LLEG may somehow play a role in those as well.
Project opponents seem to have shifted their aggression away from the "project" and onto Laidlaw (LLEG). That's a good sign, IMO.
