spontaneous speaking is very difficult

for Politicians and Officials because every word is

critical. This is why Bernanke and Greenspan talk

in such broad generalities ... they know one phrase

can cause BILLIONS OF DOLLARS to change hands ... .

Obama probably doesn't need a teleprompter

when he knows ahead of time, what issues are

in play. But there are thousands of issues and it

is impossible for any human to be prepared to

address them all spontaneously.

PS: Bill Clinton and Rush Limbaugh are the two best
impromtu political speakers in my humble opinion.
