If the old 7th Level Entertainment

was turning a profit when Ken clearly stated in answer to your question on VCC that it wasn’t that could be a problem, particularly if profits were huge. Many shareholders may have sold their SDVI position acting on those comments. It may well be you may not see Audited Financials until the actual day of Frankfurt IPO, imho.

The Rumsfeld Unknown is a double edge sword. However, I must assume Ken was being truthful until proven otherwise. BTW, I don't expect any news until well into April.
