Oaksterdam has been teaching classes in horticulture for many years. It is sort of like the viticulture program at UC Davis that teaches vineyard people to grow better grapes.

The demand for it is brisk, and every ounce that is grown here is one less that the Mexican Cartels control. So buy American.
