Wow. I'm amazed someone has stumbled upon my hermit cave on the FVE ihub island! Actually, there is another who posts on rare occasions. There are a few semi-active posters on yahoo as well.
I have VERY little of interest to say about FVE--aside from the obvious.
I would like FVE to publicly address the supposed new business brought by SNH. That would seem to just be found money, but with no clarification, I can't make a reasonable determination on that.
I think FVE is in a fairly strong position with their operational, cash, and debt positions. I don't see it going to $44 any time soon, but I do think this could be a $20 stock relatively soon (year or two) if trends continue.
