I don't have 4000 on the dow, the worst I have is 6000. Right now, I do not think it is the time to short, you may have your head handed to you in the next four to six weeks. You may want to statrt and watch IBM on another attempt at the $90, possibly $95 range as a good candidate, and if MMM and PG do not make a new high on the next run up, thsy could be good candidates for major hair cuts as well.
