Jack, I would say a "little," is correct. If I had a dime for every contract delay with all my different positions, I would be rich. Also having traveled in China, nothing is done quickly and I have never experienced more bureaucratic red tape. Now if they would have said that the contract fell through, I would have been "very" disappointed
