from Chongqing Grain Group in western Canada over the past week, where several
potential site locations were reviewed; all parties have agreed to extend the
Memorandum of Understanding instrument for 45 business days to allow Chongqing
to conclude their preliminary evaluation, and obtain approval from their
appropriate Chinese authority.
