In the past, the Country-Club Republicans would run

for office and say what the Tea-Party Conservatives

wanted to hear during the campaign. However, once in

office, the Country-Clubbers would forget their

campaign promises and would "go along to get along"

with the Democrats. As of 2010, the Tea-Baggers have

started bird-dogging the Country-Clubbers to find out

how they are voting. A number a Country-Clubbers

were voted out of office in the Primaries in 2010 because

they were discovered to be pretend Conservatives. The

Country-Clubbers can't win elections without the Tea-

Party votes.
