why is it so difficult to understand!!
evca is quiet, probably because of some negotiations on financing and cant talk about it untill everything is signed and delivered.
it would be insiders info if they tell us anything that would effect the PPS greatly before its out in the open for everyone at the same time.
for everything that has been said and done including griffith signing on i really think its worth the bet but thats just my opinion.
