H'mm, yet again.
I know that your opinion of ICOA is, well, LOW, to say the least.
I also know that in one of your followup posts to the post I replied to, you said:
"Just stating the facts".
And, yes, I probably should have clarified, to the rest of the readers, that your "Just stating the facts" statement was, indeed, part of a followup post and not part of the post I was replying to.
So, Shame On Me !
However, I also remember asking for links to support your conjectures. For those not completely familiar with the definition of a conjecture, here it is:
"A conjecture is a proposition that is unproven but is believed to be true and has not been disproven." Wikipedia.
So, having said that, I still haven't seen the links supporting your conjectures.

SORRY ABOUT THAT ! ! !
I just realized that there ARE NO LINKS that support your conjectures because a conjecture is UNPROVEN.
You see, in my view of the world, LACK OF NEWS simply means LACK OF NEWS.
Also, in my view of the world once again, lengths of time expressed in MONTHS are not at all unusual in the corporate world of sub-sub-sub penny stocks.
YEARS, on the other hand, once again in my view of the world, ARE reason for concern. Notice I said "concern" and not "panic".
So, what's my point, here?
Statements that pass themselves off as FACT when in reality are nothing more than CONJECTURE are not particularly helpful to current, and even more so, future ICOA investors.
So, PLEASE, let's ALL get back to reality by couching our OPINIONS as just that, OPINIONS, until PROOF surfaces about ICOA and it's stock, albeit one way or the other.
