Calling people names really doesn't accomplish much except define your intelect.

I work in a hospital I'm well aware how it works. That's emergency care which a lot of people use as their regular doctor. So Obamacare is going to add 30 million people to regular doctor care. Where are the doctors coming from and who's going to pay for it?
