If I'm not mistaken, the 43-101 is required in Canada for ALL companies that release news statements pertaining to the amount of Gold on a given property. ie. if the mine is in US, in order to release a pr in canada about how much gold is on the property, the 43-101 is a requirement.

The 43-101 helps investor sentiment. If this goes through with positive results, I hope the b@shers here shut the @#$#@% up!
