Thanks for your research! MsChake and I have been researching this all weekend too and here's a log from our findings:

MsChake asked me yesterday, "so can you help me here, who owns Butler, Koosharem or Select Staffing?"

So I did some investigating and found out

"THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY!!!

Koosharem: http://www.manta.com/c/mm420f8/koosharem-corp
Select Staffing: http://www.networksolutions.com/whois-search/selectstaffing.com

What do you notice about both Koosharem and Select Staffing?.. That's right the same address and telephone number: 3820 State Street Santa Barbara, CA 93105-3182 (805) 882-2200

Also note that Koosharem Corp is also listed as Remedy Intelligent Staffing in the first link and that in the second link we get additional information

Registrant:
Koosharem Corporation
3820 State Street
Santa Barbara, CA 93105 US
Domain name: SELECTSTAFFING.COM

Administrative Contact:

Notice the selectfamily.com email address for Rob Hale. This tells us the following companies are the same entity: Select Staffing, Koosharem Corp, Select Family & Remedy Intelligent Staffing!

Also notice we see a SIC Code 736103, Employment Agencies & Opportunities & NAICS Code 561311, Employment Placement Agencies for Koosharem Corp at the bottom. Additionally it has a double star next to the number of employees.

The company contacts are:
D Stephen Sorensen, Chief Executive Officer
Paul J Sorensen, President, President
Mark R Mccomb, Chief Operating Officer
Jeff R Mitchell, Chief Financial Officer

Koosheram owns Select I believe. Either way, Select/Koosheram is a top 10 world-wide staffing company. :)
From 2009, but here is another interesting tid bit that I came across last week. :)

I responded:

Good find, that just led me to look up "ESO market" and check out what it says! http://www.globalservicesmedia.com/IT-Outsourcing/Engineering-Services/Engineering-Services-Outsourcing-%28ESO%29-Market-to-Touch-$40-Billion-by-2015/22/5/0/processes-it-randd200806304562

I quote, "Engineering Services Outsourcing (ESO) Market to Touch $40 Billion by 2015; India holds a relatively strong position in the global Engineering Services Outsourcing (ESO) market, with a potential of $40 billion by 2015, believes Frost & Sullivan"

And then we go on to read http://www.globalservicesmedia.com/IT-Outsourcing/Engineering-Services/Engineering-Services-Outsourcing-%28ESO%29---What-lies-ahead/22/5/9363/GS10022358093

So this is all leading me to believe there is a huge potential for this ESO market and Select Staffing really wanted to get a hold of Butler because of there huge connection in Hyderabad India as seen here in the DD I did on Friday http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=61341030 "Butler International, Inc. (Butler), incorporated in 1985, provides outsourcing, project management and technical staff augmentation services that are performed onsite at the client’s facility, offsite at a Company-owned facility, or offshore at Butler’s facility in Hyderabad, India. Butler offers capability in technical, information technology (IT), and telecommunications disciplines, including engineering design support primarily used for aerospace, defense and heavy equipment manufacturing; software applications development and implementation; enterprise network design and implementation, and telecommunications network systems implementation. Combined, aerospace/aircraft and defense are Butler’s largest vertical industry segments. Butler has serves companies in industries, including aircraft, aerospace, defense, telecommunications, financial services, heavy equipment and manufacturing. In July 2009, the Company announced that it has completed its previously announced sale of substantially all of its non-publishing assets to Butler America LLC. Butler was granted bankruptcy court approval on July 1, 2009, to proceed with the sale, and closed the transaction on July 7, 2009."

From your link, check this out!

Founded in Santa Barbara, California in 1985, The Select Family of Staffing Companies is one of the nation's fastest-growing, full-service staffing companies. Now check this out:

On December 11, 2009, Select wanted to Go Public by Merging with Atlas Acquisition; Total Transaction Valued at Over $840 Million BUT AXG Last TRADED at 9.96 on 02/12/2010!

So thus they broke the news on February 12, 2010 that, "At a special meeting of stockholders, holders of more than 30% of Atlas’ stock voted against the merger and sought conversion. As a result, the merger will not be completed and Atlas will be liquidated." (1) http://www.selectstaffing.com/selectstaffing/main.cfm?nlvl1=4&nlvl2=82&nlvl3=98&pg=

BUT JUST March 20, 2009, THEY SAID: "Select anticipates that its annual revenues will be $1.6 billion after the transaction. Select is, and will continue to be, a privately held company." (1) http://www.selectstaffing.com/SelectStaffing/main.cfm?nlvl1=4&nlvl2=82&nlvl3=76&pg

Speculation based upon preceding facts:
So what does that tell us?.. Well lookie here.. in March (which it is now) they said they were private but obviously knew they wanted to go public and didn't say a peep until December when they had already got things in motion! Aha, so they don't want people to know they're going public but needed a shell.. so if they bought out Butler as their flagship into the ESO market in India then that would lead us to believe they had something to do with Butler cancelling the bankruptcy just 4-5 months after AXG didn't go through in June 10, 2010! So just 9 months after they said they were all privatized they had already made an attempt to get out! Now people are obviously sniffing their noses around because they may try again.. and what do you know, this March is just 9 months after the shareholders liquidated AXG. So that leaves us back with Butler.. cancelled the bankruptcy, still active trading stock, with debt that could be cleared with these massive multi million dollar mergers as they only owed $27 million which compared to their 1.6 billion's nothing.. could we be the shell that they're trying to go public with now ??? =) I mean why else would they cancel the debt? That's a question to ask the lawyers on Monday.. man o man, this could be HUGE!!!
