rollingrock, just a bit of the money we waste proping up evil dictators and despots along with fighting the wars for oil and money/debt, could be 'invested' in a conversion to the "Pickens Plan" a conversion to natural gas. Thorium reactors could produce electricity clean, safe, and cost effective, but these changes would step on the profits of the corporations currently in control of our nation. Does any thinking person disagree the political system is in their pocket >>??<< We could be energy independent in 10 - 15 years. And tons of CD cleaner... SS
