I've never seen a shareholder just walk off the street and march into a company and take it over. It's absolutely crazy.
Really?? Happens all the time with any publicly traded company. Ever heard of Carl Ichan? Maybe you need to review some items? If an investor sees an opportunity and wants to invest their $$$$$ in a company and take a controlling stake/interest to see it go in the right direction, then that should not be a problem with anyone here. Pepole want HFBG to be successful, right?
