I would suggest that your experience with ZGEN has colored your view of biotech buyouts and that, as a result, you’re now painting with too broad a brush.

Perhaps - but I think the common factor (which is no respect by the stock market and a savvy potential acquirer with inside knowledge) is the factor of importance.

PS It isn't just ZGEN that I've had this happen with. Not getting stock market respect is more of a problem in Biotech than it is in High Tech - presumably because Big Pharma has an explicit strategy to use Biotech as their R&D arm.
