yep .. but stunning how china recognizes
what is what while the us *brass* blithely
*ignores* and carries on *business* as usual

that is one of the primary reasons china is rising
to super power status and as sad as this is for me
to post .. America is going 3rd world .. i just don't
get the *SHORT* sighted immediate <gratification>
approach to anything that is now done by rote in this country

i was a kid back then ~ but i clearly remember the
*oil crisis* of the early 70s .. like so many other aspects
our energy policy is *non* existent after how many decades

why?

because big business and their paid lobbyists influence
washington

china at least recognizes the *good* of the country vs.
those *individuals* and let's be very clear ~ if the US
enacted china's policy of sentencing *brass* to death
for fraud and egregious abuse .. vs. a *slap* on the wrist
with a fine so negligible as to not even be *noticed*

perhaps this great country wouldn't be where is stands now
which is on her knees
