OS has been stated at 5 billion as of August. That is proof. Their is nothing documented of that number changing. George says their has been 2.5 billion reduction. Really? Then why hasn't their been anything showing the number from august has gone down. Until their is something prd or documented by a credible source that number stays at 5billion. Agree????
