***JOE on watch for Florida housing bubble pop... should the 50 day SMA give resistance and lead to a roll-over, it would be further conviction that the housing bubble in Florida is in fact popping. Market historians know that Florida is always the most resistant to U.S. housing bubbles popping, so this would clearly be a stake through the heart of homebuilders should it demise...
