Loanranger - Since M&M appear to be in default by failing to provide a full accounting by the court-specified date (unless it's just a Pacer delay), I am again wondering if M&M will be skipping town soon.

We don't know if Metter's asset freeze has been implemented yet, and Moscodimwitz's asset freeze will be coming up in the next couple of weeks.

I'd lay about 50/50 odds that one or both of the Mutts skip town and head for Israel, Switzerland or some other haven where they have probably salted away something in the $5-10M range each from the selling of unregistered shares.

Both of these scam artists should at least be wearing ankle bracelets.
