Are you answering for the Chief of Business Development, an officer of HFB? Where is it written that information about A/S, O/S, Restricted is secret? Any shareholder of a given legitimate public firm can call that firm and be told the share structure or be referred to the T/A who will accomodate. This firm keeps that info from its own shareowners. Why? It's obvious.
