Actually, I do "get It"!

I believe I am more knowledgeable on the Tech that Centa had to offer based on the ravings and outright ignorance posted here about their capabilities.

the attorney letter states that he was removed as of the 27th. The LOI was the 27th. Does it come down to whether Jeff signed at 11 am and the BOD met at 7pm to vote him out?

I have actually said I think the merger is dead since last week because, financially, it does not make sense foe Centa to go through more legal issues.
I do not believe this BOD is legal nor there rejection is binding. If JD does not get this straight Quasar has a Lawsuit problem with Centa now!

Why do you believe KNOWN crooks over some you think might be crooks.

I have been given business references form them to confirm that they are real. I have spoken to the IT director of a large University in Florida and Ohio that use them as well as 5 other enterprise clients that use them for different services.
I have signed a Non Disclosure so I cannot reveal them but they are a "real company". Any posts that say otherwise are just conjecture!
