LTUS: Being able to build a building (Which they paid quite a bit less for than they claim btw, if what i've heard is correct) does not mean their financials are accurate.

I'm not claiming they have no business, I simply have very little confidence it is anywhere near what they claim it is. Shrug. Too many dark red flags for me.

But the stock is damn cheap, trading it could be quite profitable.
