I know this is not the first time I've seen this letter from their attorney. (I believe it was posted on their "Truth" website.)
My only question is why bring this up now when the letter is over 1 week old and we all knew about it? (I would assume Mr. Owens saw it before today?)
Hopefully it means nothing or we are getting set up for a delay...
