If the these 2 finance deals are like the one I have seen, then the shares won't be in the float for at least a year. That is plenty of time for this company to get multiple land deals done and in production which would allow company to repurchase shares, retire shares or possibly just pay off debts that are incurred. No reason to worry about these shares for at least a year based on what I know.
