Today's news is good on more then one level.

1. it is obvious News corp will be a major shareholder and sees great potential in hnss.

2. this is obviously an attempt to gain more shares then they are probably legally able to acquire. (I could be mistaken but shares purchased directly from the shareholders in certificate form circumvents the legal limit to purchase in a given length of time.)

3. after today the sub penny shares will probably be a goner.

Only a flipper can spin this into something negative.
