Shareholder Question: Walmart Canada

I know this is the third time i’ve asked but, has there been anymore progress made with walmart canada, would really like an update on this as i feel this led to the downward sprial, would like to see this lead the way for our turn around.

ANSWER
I stand by my comment in February that the grounds for the pause in orders has been resolved to the best of my understanding, on a basis that is completely acceptable to ourselves because it required no unreasonable accommodations, and acceptable to the other party in that it helps our customer achieve their business objectives of efficiency, profitability and customer service. However, until I know that a new Purchase Order has been received, it would be wrong for me to discuss it further. This is because I don’t want to be presumptuous vis a vis the customer’s next step. It was clear from our discussions with Walmart Canada what the desired outcome would be and I have no reason to doubt that we have achieved clearing of the roadblock at least. The value of my clarification on this topic in February was to respond to false accusations that our product had been discontinued due to our failure by some metrics. It was really more about whether new management there understood the compatibility of our product with evolving plans for the section that we were carried in. Business courtesy and confidentiality prevents me from saying more than this.
