The only "potential" for this stock is to be used in a pump and dump. And, sure enough, here is the second time in 3 months that exact thing is happening.

This common stock has ZERO potential for anything except going back to 1 cent. Thanks to the always increasing liquidation preference of the preferred stock, the common stock has no value. Anyone who has sense enough to perform even rudimentary DD on this stock and bothers to read the SEC filings knows that, as the Company spells it out there very clearly.
