LIWA; it is just the company stating that the repuirchase of shares has begun and will likley continue. I don't see much reason to announce 55 thousand unless you are announcing that the repurchase has commenced with many more shares to be bought. They have 9 months to buy the rest of the shares as per the PR. Either way not a bad thing. People are tense! Joe
