It sure looks like Joey M. has agreed to be a witness in this and, perhaps, related cases if they ever go to trial and, unless the feds think he lies when he testifies, the charges in the Second Superceding Indictment will stay dismissed and not be reinstated.
The sealed documents (Nos. 108, 109 and 111) undoubtedly include his plea agreement, what he expects to testify on and the recommendation of the feds concerning sentencing - which will occur after he testifies or his testimony becomes unnecessary. ... eom
