Got back from Tulsa, am putting together a 12MM IPO for a new insurance Co. domiciled in OK, Stk available initially to OK based residents or LLC/ businesses with a business address in OK.
Products:Employer based life- (payroll deducted), and a premium finance division for carrying P&C premiums, Listing or buyout after a few years as exit strategy. I am eager to get the state Sec. Comm. approval in next few weeks. fwiw
