Actually, the company could easily run a regional TV schedule on all 3 major networks. Selectively pick a market of 300-500 thousand, and use the "at least $15,000" that is being funneled over to Add-on, they could they run several hundred :30's in a month, with about 1/3 of those spots in prime.
