Greene Concepts, Inc. (Pink Sheets:LKEN) Board of Directors is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved a 5% Restricted Common Stock Dividend for all shareholders of record as of 60 days from the date of February 7, 2011 (Official Record Date is April 7, 2011) and a payable date of April 22, 2011.

Shareholders of record will receive a restricted common stock dividend equivalent to 5% of their recorded shareholdings with fractional shares rounded up in favor of the shareholder. The shares will be restricted for a period of 1 year and will be eligible for free trading on the anniversary date. Shareholders will receive dividend no later than May 1, 2011.
