One huge factor in all of this, as I sit here at my own company is the amount of effort it takes when you have hired one new employee. Michael just hired a few new members of his management team ad ripped off he quarterly. Stock price to them is on the list but I am sure it is not on top, i think that is where people get hung up. Nothing is being reported and everything must be bad.
