Agreed, it seems to me that if CPOW has got in bed with BioJet then Equity Partners would come along with the deal for financing. Thus access to its vast PR dept.

IMO, I would run a PR campaign starting right now until end of April bringing forward all deals in the works and finished projects. The stock price must be moved ahead to allow for the hugh financing that is going to be needed in less than a year for other plants to be built or revamped. Hugh capabilities are what is needed.
