It's amazing to me that all this talk is still going on about these S-8 shares. I know that our fine, scaly, friend with crooked fins is keeping the pot simmering. First it was form 4 shares that were questioned ad nauseum and now it's been these 23 million S-8 shares. Almost a MONTH ago when this topic first came up I posted, after talking to Dave, that to date approximately 70 million S-8 shares were issued. I asked him if he knew how many of them had been sold and he said somewhere around twenty million. There ya have it!!! Yet nearly a month later he is still posting and questioning this when it was defined and explained weeks ago. Hmmmmmm, I wonder why...especially now that he doesn't even own any shares.

I can not believe the amount of heat that has been thrown managements way over this. Nobody mentions that some of, if not all of these employess were essentially working for free prior to getting those shares, so all it amounts to is money earned for services rendered which is totally legal for a company to do if anyone would bother looking up how S-8's can be used. The problem is that SOOOOOOOOOO many BB companies exploit S-8 shares that EVERYONE is automatically assuming the worst and hoping for the best. There is no doubt about it that companies do violate this rule so MSEP falls in the unenviable postition of being guilty by association. I hope this "questionable" 23 million shares that shark keeps questioning is over with. They have been accounted for, what more needs to be said about this??

Anyway.......IMO I think things will start looking up from here. I saw a couple posts about "racing season", in one of my talks with either Dave or Mark they said that is going to be their primary focus. To make acquisitions that won't be so seasonal or go hand in hand with the racing season. What is getting forgotten here is that it takes at least a year to be able to put numbers together that you can work from and compare to. Soooooo many investors want to see this over night. Or at least it appears like that to read these boards. MSEP isn't even a year old for cryin' out loud'.

I'll say it ahead of time, I could be wrong, but I think we are all going to be nicely pleased with the numbers in the upcoming Q. Notice I said I could be wrong, this is my opinion based on how I view the company I am not expecting gigantic numbers but progress is being made. Look at the E bay store for instance. The old Scalecars didn't do that so the revenue generated from that is ALL bonus money. It may seem small, I think somewhere around 5K so far, but when you start adding all this up we could be pleasantly surprised. I'm excited about this Q's results. It is FINALLY going to give us numbers to work from. I just hope that everyone realizes that the first quarter numbers do not have to be HUGE numbers in order for management to meet their revenue projections. To be fair we can't talk about year long revenue projections until April of next year. This is like raising a child. The child we are raising gets evaluated every 3 months. What we are looking for is steady development. To me, it looks like our child is growing nicely. Second quarter numbers should be appropriately considered according to the growth of this childs first year of development and everything I am witnessing leads me to believe we will see that. I can't IMAGINE that second quarter numbers will be anything less than significantly larger than Q1 numbers. And then the same holds true for Q3 numbers and so on. By the time we get to the end of Q4 the growth of our child should be right in line with those revenue projections, or "growth" projections.

To be completely fair to management we MUST look at it this way. To do anything else would be unfair and they have been MORE than fair with us!!!! They really have been. Everything they said they would do has been done. Any question we have gets answered. If you call and don't reach them, you get your call returned. I wish I could say that about all of the stocks I own!!!

"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
