Dee Van Tassell got a nice lawyer's letter from a nice Law Firm in NY!


Why? Did she not meet the holding period to have the legend removed from the 12+ million restricted 144 shares she filed to sell? http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=61280214

The bigger question is why she received these MDGC shares in the first place.

What services did she provide to the company to receive them?
